Years of Growing Impact and Credibility have shaped
The Arab Energy Fund into an institution that acts with conviction. In 2025, our golden anniversary, we translated this legacy into action at scale. 2025 marked a year of full execution. Strategy transformed into scale, vision into measurable value, and institutional discipline into record performance.
The purposeful expansion across business lines resulted in increasing total assets to USD 13.42B. This growth is underpinned by a sharpened operating model, prudent capital allocation, and proactive risk management.

On the credit
side, we
continued to
structure
complex and bespoke transactions across the
energy sector, supporting critical infrastructure. We remain focused on selective deployment across the value chain, aligning with evolving market dynamics and delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns, while maintaining a high-quality and resilient portfolio underpinned by robust risk management.
Within our equity investment portfolio, we strengthened our position in 2025 by forming strategic partnerships with leading and established regional platforms. These partnerships enhance diversification, enable knowledge transfer, and play a critical role in attracting institutional capital into the region, supporting the continued development of the energy sector both regionally and globally.
We have also elevated our standing in global finance. Four public issuances across USD, EUR, and GBP, and our first-ever 7-year tenor, marked our transition to a sophisticated issuer with an extended funding curve and a broadened investor base. Market confidence in our credit profile continues to deliver diversified access to capital on competitive terms.
Beneath these results is a stronger institutional foundation. During the year, we advanced our digital and operational platforms, enhancing our ability to operate securely, efficiently, and at greater capacity. We also strengthened our governance and transparency through sustainability and risk management practices aligned with international standards, reinforcing our ability to deliver impact alongside performance.
Our people
remain
our greatest
asset.
Through leadership
development and deeper
engagement with our Member Countries, we continued to build institutional capabilities while fostering a culture defined by accountability, collaboration, excellence, and impact.
Looking ahead to 2026, we will continue to scale our activities, unlocking new opportunities across the energy value chain, and optimize our risk framework to support disciplined and sustainable expansion.
50
years have built our
credibility. The next
chapter will be defined by how effectively we build on it, executing with discipline, innovating with purpose, and delivering enduring impact.
