NEWS RELEASE: APICORP APPOINTS DINA KASRAWI AS DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Khobar, Saudi Arabia, 17 March 2019: The Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP), a multilateral development bank, appointed Ms Dina Kasrawi as Director of Corporate Communications. In this newly created role, she will oversee all external and internal communications at APICORP and will be responsible for brand, marketing and corporate social responsibility. She will report to Dr Ahmed Ali Attiga, the CEO of APICORP.
Her appointment reflects APICORP’s on-going strategy to consolidate its position as a trusted financial partner to the Arab energy industry. As the multilateral bank expands into new markets and areas within the energy-financing sector, Ms. Kasrawi will play a pivotal role towards those objectives.

Ms. Kasrawi is a highly experienced communications professional, having held a number of roles at leading institutions both in the United States and in the Gulf region, most notably with The World Bank, Bahrain’s Mumtalakat Holding Company, the global asset manager Pinebridge Investments, and the Bahrain Economic Development Board. She possesses a wealth of regional and international experience in effectively establishing the reputations of leading financial organisations globally.
Ms. Kasrawi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA from American University, Washington, D.C. and a BA from University of Kuwait.
