Our flagship “50+” Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of energy sector leaders. Launched in 2024, the biennial program provides comprehensive training across all key business areas and enabling functions.

How to Apply:

Applications open biannually. Candidates must hold relevant degrees (Finance, Engineering, Business), demonstrate strong academic performance, and show commitment to the energy sector and regional development.

Internship Opportunities:

Beyond the graduate program, we offer summer internships for undergraduate and graduate students. Internships provide practical experience in Corporate Banking, Investments, Risk, or Treasury with potential pathways to full-time employment.
